Added Verlinda Allen, wife of Charles Muncaster.

Awhile back Jim Davis sent me pedigree charts of Ann Hart's ancestors going back to the 1600's.  I'm undecided on what to do with that because adding these folks is not consistent with the parameters I set up to limit my genealogy database.  Namely Ann Hart is the spouse of John Muncaster who is not my ancestor, but the Kentucky Muncaster line.

The 2015 Yearbook of the American Clan Gregor Society arrived, so I looked to it for genealogy updates. Updated Mildred Carrington Hart who was the widow of Nathaniel MacGregor Ewell, Jr. of Charlottesville.  Also, edited Col Lloyd Burns Magruder and his wife, Mary Blue Hull as well as his parents George Lloyd Magruder and Bell Burns and his sister, Pauline Magruder.

Added Lloyd Burns Magruder, Jr. who I've met, worked at DuPont and was a former chieftain of the ACGS; and his wife Beatrice Lowell.

Also, added Find A Grave sites for Samuel Fielder Magruder and his wife.

Kris' mom (my seventh cousin, once removed) wanted to know Kris' dad's mother's sister's name. It is Mary Luella Nebeker. Her name is shown as Luella in all the census data, but her tombstone shown in the Find A Grave site, lists her as Mary Luella. The Find A Grave site got me more information on her family.

Learned that William Lucas "Bill" Muncaster died in California in 2014. He was born in Ohio in 1915. But it turns out that his family came over from England in the 1890's. I'm not trying to trace relations across the Atlantic.

This morning I had an email "discovery" from MyHeritage.com. There was a little more information on my Aunt Jessie's husband, William Waddle Richardson, including his first wife.

I did a search on the Find A Grave web site for all the Muncasters who died in 2015 and found Bill Muncaster in Texas. It was interesting because this Bill Muncaster lived to be 97 and my dad, Bill Muncaster, died in December, 2014 and lived to be 95.

I checked my database and couldn't find a match for the new Bill Muncaster. I found an obituary online that said his full name was William Lloyd "Bill" Muncaster. There was a Lloyd Muncaster in my database born in Missouri about 1917-18. Using Family Search I was able to trace him and his family through census data and Texas birth and marriage records.

My grandfather made a trip out to Missouri and visited with William Lloyd Muncaster's father, John Randolph Muncaster. I've got pictures.

Added 1830 and 1840 census data for Charles Wallace Muncaster in Mississippi. Also, found that Harriet Sophia Muncaster got married in Mississippi in 1834, the year before she died.

My grandfather said James Copper Muncaster was a doctor, but I didn't have any confirmation until today. I found on the internet that the American Medical Recorder said he became a doctor from the University of Maryland in 1819. He was the father of the Kentucky branch of Muncasters.

The rest of James Copper Muncaster's family went on to Louisiana. His father, John, died in 1829. Christian A died in 1834, Eleanor Maria in 1830, Harriet Sophia in 1835 and Cyrus Copper in 1845. Mother, Elizabeth, was still alive and made the 1850 census along with Charles Wallace and Mary Elizabeth Muncaster. Elizabeth also showed in the 1850 Slave Schedule, owning about 10 slaves.

Cousin Jim Davis sent me info that John Muncaster married Elizabeth Copper, not Elizabeth Cooper. I had heard that before and actually my grandfather said that in one of his articles on my Muncasters in America website. But the info cousin Jim supplied linked back to Elizabeth's father, Cyrus Copper, and I was able to get some more verifiable information on him.

Anyway, to make a long story short, I now believe that John and Elizabeth married and spent time in Alexandria, Virginia before moving to Louisiana. The oldest, John Copper Muncaster, stopped on the way and settled in Henderson, Kentucky.
